UC institute partners with Mayerson Academy on Inclusive Leadership Academy

The Warren Bennis Leadership Initiative at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, in partnership with the Mayerson Academy, is offering an Inclusive Leadership Academy beginning this spring. The program is open to individuals who: 

  • Currently have a leadership role and who have or will soon have direct reports.
  • Have had basic training in diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Are for-profit first-time leaders who lead diverse teams
  • Are non-profit executives new to leading teams at the director or executive level

Cost is $2,500 per participant, for-profit organization, and $1,000 per participant, not-for-profit organization, and includes instruction, materials, online course access, two assessments and breakfast for in-person meetings.
